Hello, and happy Fall! It is lovely outside, and I am amazed at the trees’ transformation and colors. It is a special time of year of renewal and blessings. I’ve been creating Thanksgiving and Thank you cards. I made these two cards as part of a set of 15 cards (5 of each of 3 designs) from an easy and fun workshop kit. It includes a versatile stamp set that I know I’ll use often. Here’s a link to the kit. I’m also starting to decorate the house with leaves, a couple of simple banners and the kids’ artwork.
I’ve also started up my scrapbook/photo album for the new year (the Jewish New Year begins in September). Although I still need to complete my photo album for last year, I am taking it little by little, and enjoying it! There is a lot to catch up on.
In anticipation of the fun photos we’ve been taking in October – the pumpkin farm, Boo at the Zoo, my Cake Club spooky-theme cakes meeting, and Halloween when the kids will trick-or-treat at 5 neighbors house, I’ve made up some Halloween themed photo albums – I can’t wait to fill them with photos, and I’ll be sure to post them. For Halloween, I made a few of this card for my kids and a few of their friends. I used this cute stamp set, that the kids have fun using too – it has different eyes, wings and bodies for the sweet little owls.
I hope you’re all enjoying the season!
